IMPORTANT- Items are not guaranteed to be in stock. All items are checked prior to the store opening for good volume, but that doesn't not guaranteed items will be in stock once the store closes. With that being said, an item you ordered may be switched to a similar item or cancelled and refunded due to the original item being out of stock.

Also, we do not guarantee color matches with logo prints to garments. Every company out there has their own navy, red, etc. Because all of the items are from different places, colors will vary. Thank you for your understanding.

DTF PRINTING: Unless otherwise requested all spirit stores are printed via DTF printing. Information on what DTF printing is and how it works can be provided if requested.

PRODUCTION TIME/DELIVERY: All items will be processed and ready for pick up by the coach approximately 4-5 weeks AFTER the date that the store closes. If minimum order requirements are not met by the date that the store closes and the coordinator is unable to meet the required minimums, all orders at that time will be refunded to the customer. Please get with your team coordinator to find out what the store minimums are.

RETURN POLICY - After careful consideration and at the discretion of Berserk Athletics, we may replace an item that has been determined to be missing from an order. However, since all of the items are custom made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for incorrect sizes or incorrectly chosen and ordered styles. If we have sent you a size different than what you ordered, misprinted the design, or the item is defective we will accept returns or offer you a discount on the item in question. ALL returns MUST be authorized by Berserk Athletics.
